• Fixes a bug from 2.0.62: on machines running an older version of the winku background service, the sign-in screen showed "Unbekannte Methode: token_derive". That case now quietly falls back to the second route and signs you in as intended.

• Automatic sign-in at startup now also works when the winku background service holds the session and no other Winku program happens to be open. Until now you were shown a sign-in screen in that case, even though you were already signed in.
• If the takeover fails, the reason is shown on the sign-in screen instead of quietly trying a second route and leaving you guessing.
• Controls now match the other Winku programs: "Video file / YouTube link" as a row of choices, yes/no settings as toggles instead of tick boxes, and the DE/EN language switch as a consistent pair in the top right corner.

• If you are already signed in to another Winku program on this device, Dubster now signs you in with the same account automatically at startup - no typing, no button.
• If that does not work (for example because the maximum number of signed-in devices is reached), the reason is shown right on the sign-in screen instead of just presenting empty fields.
• After signing out on purpose, the same account is not taken over again straight away, so you can sign in with a different one.

• Fixes a bug that could silently move you back to the stable channel: if a Winku response omitted the channel, "Stable" applied - with no message, and you would have stopped receiving beta updates.
• The labels of the channel selection now come from the shared Winku foundation so they read the same in every program.

• The update setting is now called "Update channels" and allows multiple selections: Stable is always included, Beta and Development can be added if your account is enabled for them.
• Channels that are not enabled stay visible so you know they exist - with a note that they are not enabled for your account.

• If a new version is waiting for its turn on your machine, that is now said plainly: "will be installed as soon as it is your turn" - instead of describing the rollout mechanism.

• The note "a new version exists, but it is not your turn yet" now only appears if that version really is newer than yours. Otherwise it could have been shown to users who already have the latest version.

• If a new version exists but your machine is not scheduled yet, Dubster now says exactly that - instead of "you are up to date", which simply was not true. The "Update anyway" button stays next to it.

• When you press "Check again" yourself, an available update is now offered right away. Previously your own search counted as a silent background check and could be held back by the staged rollout.

• When Winku is unreachable, the message now says your sign-in stays valid. Before it read like being logged out, although nothing was wrong.

• The sign-in button is now called "Sign in with Winku", the same as in every Winku program - the word "automatically" was misleading when you click it yourself.

• The "Sign in with Winku automatically" button now tells two cases apart: if your sign-in really ended, it says so and you sign in again. If only the connection is missing, the button stays - your sign-in is no longer discarded just because the network dropped for a moment.

• At winku.de/account this sign-in now appears only as "Dubster <version>" - without your computer name, which would otherwise stay visible there permanently.

• If Winku is unreachable at startup, Dubster no longer throws you out of your account. Instead the sign-in screen offers "Sign in with Winku automatically" at the top - one click is enough.
• In streamer mode only your user name is replaced inside paths instead of the whole path: you recognise your own folder on stream without your name being in it.
• The placeholder profile picture is now a neutral symbol instead of an initial.

• The sign-in screen now follows the shared design of all Winku programs: language choice before signing in, clearer layout, the Winku mark next to the name.
• Terms and privacy are agreed once before first use instead of at every sign-in.

• Dubster reports anonymous usage figures to winku (version, channel, operating system, language, whether an update succeeded, number of dubs created). No names, accounts, files or content are transmitted; the identifier is a random number unrelated to you or your device.

• Safer update delivery: when winku rolls out an update gradually, Dubster offers it to a portion of users first and then to everyone (mandatory updates still immediately). Mostly invisible – it makes roll-outs more stable.

• Release channels: Dubster now checks for updates matching your channel (Stable/Beta/Dev). Normal users stay on "Stable" (unchanged) and only get approved versions; Beta and Dev testers receive earlier pre-releases. The channel comes from your winku account; the Updates tab shows it.

• Migration from the old (system-wide) installer to the new per-user installer: an existing older Dubster installation under "Program Files" is now detected during setup and removed (in a normal setup after a short prompt), so two versions no longer remain in parallel. A one-time Windows admin prompt may appear for this; afterwards everything runs without further prompts.

• The update window is now a small, centered window – no more large fullscreen window behind it.
• Fixed an update error ("resource busy/locked" / EBUSY when starting an update): each download now uses its own folder and only one update runs at a time. This prevents crashes and stuck updates; after the update Dubster restarts reliably again.
• The runtime environment now lives in a fixed location (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Dubster) and persists across updates – making future updates much faster (no more rebuild).

• Install and updates without an admin prompt: Dubster now installs per user (to %LOCALAPPDATA%), so there is no more Windows admin prompt (UAC) – silent auto-updates run entirely without an admin window too. The required components (Python, FFmpeg) are also set up without admin rights.

• In-app rating is now complete: your star rating is saved, moderated and – once approved – shown on the Dubster website. The status ("Under review" / "Published") is visible right in the Account tab; you can update an existing rating any time.

• Import dub: a single "Import" button auto-detects ZIP files and pack folders (no more separate "Folder"/"ZIP").
• New in-app rating in Account: stars plus an optional comment – appears on the Dubster website.

• The Account area now shows the official winku logo next to "Signed in via winku".
