Song requests from chat.
Without the chaos.

Your viewers request songs with channel points or a chat command – CueUp finds them and puts them in your Spotify queue. If anything goes wrong, they get their points back automatically.

What CueUp can do

Song requests from your chat, straight into your Spotify queue

CueUp in action

Twitch panel below your stream: what is playing and what comes next – with a live preview

How it works

  1. Connect Twitch

One click, no key to type. CueUp creates the channel point reward for you – or you pick an existing one.

  2. Connect Spotify

Guided setup with ready-to-paste values. CueUp checks the connection right away and tells you what is missing.

  3. Set rules and display

Cooldowns, block lists and chat commands the way you want them – plus overlay, Twitch panel and Stream Deck.

  4. Go live

Requests come in automatically. The window shows the queue and you can step in at any time – or right from your Stream Deck.

What’s new in 1.0.60

  • Account, updates, consent, privacy and the access lock now come from the shared Winku foundation, which the Winku Agent provides after verification. Improvements to it reach CueUp with the agent update. If a check fails, CueUp uses its built-in version. Look and behaviour stay the same.

System requirements

  • Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
  • Winku account (free)
  • Twitch account – Affiliate or Partner for channel point requests
  • Spotify Premium
  • For the overlay: OBS 28 or newer
  • For the keys (optional): Stream Deck software 6.4 or newer
Verify download (SHA256)

For advanced users: the file’s checksum must match exactly — this confirms the file reached you unchanged.

    What changed
    • Links now also open where Windows has an entry for "https" but no program behind it – in the Windows Sandbox it read "MSEdgeHTM" with no command at all. CueUp took that for an existing browser and kept showing only the Windows box
  • v1.0.5512 Sept 2026CueUp-Setup-1.0.55.exe · 120.5 MBDownload
    What changed
    • Links open even when Windows knows no program for "https" at all: CueUp now checks first and starts Edge directly in that case. Until now Windows reported no error but simply showed its box "We can't open this https link" – so the built-in fallback never ran. This affected signing in as well.
    • Includes the fixes from 1.0.54: updates through the Winku Agent install and restart CueUp again, the update window sits centred instead of leaving an empty strip below it, it speaks English along, and the change list no longer appears twice.

Chat bots write requests into a list that you then work through by hand. CueUp actually carries them out: the track is searched, checked and queued at the right moment. If something fails, the request is not silently lost – the redemption is reversed and the viewer is told why. And because the queue inside CueUp is the source of truth, deleting an entry really removes it everywhere.

Question not listed?Ask us via support
  1. What does CueUp cost?

CueUp is free. You do need Spotify Premium though – without it Spotify does not allow queue control.

  2. Why is Spotify Premium required?

The interface used to queue tracks is reserved for Premium accounts. Without it Spotify refuses, and CueUp returns the channel points automatically.

  3. Does it work without channel points?

Yes. Requests also work through a chat command. Both routes can be switched on and off separately.

  4. What happens with an invalid request?

The redemption is rejected, the points go back to the viewer, and chat shows the reason – for example that the track could not be found.

  5. Will my music get my VOD muted?

In VOD-safe mode the music runs on a separate audio track that is excluded from the recording. One step stays with you: in OBS under Settings → Output (Advanced), set the Twitch VOD track to track 2 – CueUp tells you so when you switch it on. Alternatively CueUp logs the tracks played so you can document them later.

  6. Do I need a Winku account?

Yes, signing in is required. In return your settings are the same on every computer and updates arrive on their own.

  7. Does CueUp run locally or in the cloud?

Playback runs entirely on your Windows PC: search, queue, overlay and moderation need no server. Your Twitch, Spotify and OBS credentials stay encrypted on your machine and are never sent to Winku – nor are your block lists or your history. What goes to your account: your settings, so they are the same everywhere, and usage figures – requests, plays, play time and the most popular songs. One exception is up to you: if you switch on the Twitch panel, CueUp sends winku.de (opens in a new tab) what the panel should show – the current song, the next requests and, only if you allow it, who requested them. Switching it off deletes it there.

  8. How do I get the Twitch panel on my channel?

The CueUp extension is currently under review by Twitch. Once it is approved, switch on the Twitch panel in CueUp under “Overlay & OBS” and add “CueUp” as a panel under Extensions in your Twitch Creator Dashboard. All steps: winku.de/cueup/twitch-panel (opens in a new tab)

  9. Do I need a Stream Deck?

No, everything works in the window too. If you have one, CueUp sets up the plugin with one click and you design the keys yourself.
